Hello, I’m Jon Rydberg

I’m the Founder of Align Advisory Group and a 4x VP of Sales with over 18 years of B2B go-to-market experience. I work with founders and revenue leaders to build scalable, repeatable sales execution that drives predictable growth.

I’ve led sales teams through multiple growth stages, from early traction to scaled revenue, and specialize in translating strategy into execution across process, people, and pipeline.

Beyond client work, I’m a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, an advisor and mentor to B2B technology companies, and serve on the Advisory Board of The Ohio State Fisher College of Business Professional Sales Academy. I also lead sales training as an Executive in Residence with Sales Assembly and partner with SOAR Performance Group delivering sales and customer success programs for mid-market and enterprise organizations.
